2 out of 5 starsI didn't pay close enough attention to realize this isn't actually a full bandana, only a slip-on-collar kerchief. Shipping was slow and I'm really disappointed with the quality given the price. Very flimsy and cheap looking 😭

So sorry you didn't realize this was an over the collar bandana. It is in my description and I try to prevent a bad fit by including this in my description. I make all my bandanas over the collar because it is safer for the pup. As far as shipping, This was shipped within my standard shop policies timeframe and you received it well within the expected time frame. This could also be found in the description and order details. Everything is hand-made to order. When shopping handmade, it takes time to make the item and then ship it.

5 out of 5 starsAbove and beyond expectations! The first bandannas sent ended up being too large and she went back and fixed them and shipped right away so that we had them in time for an event and turned out beautifully. Definitely recommend and very helpful with the entire process.

Why don't you accept returns?
I want you to be completely satisfied, so I try my hardest to accurately describe/show exactly what you are receiving. Remember that computer monitors vary, so colors may look different on different screens. If your item arrives damaged from its journey from me to you, I will happily send you another item. I do not accept returns on open products due to the nature of my items. I will however accept returns/exchanges if they are unopened once received. (You pay to ship back)

Each item has a size chart in the images. If you are not sure what size your pup falls under, please message me!
Care instructions
Hand wash in cold water and lay flat to air dry. For a perfect bandana, iron flat on the backside. For personalized or vinyl bandanas, iron on the reverse side. DO NOT iron directly on vinyl.
